This semi-automatic stretch wrapper adopts dual film-rack design, equipped with frequency-conversion speed regulator, manual pressure turntable and foot pedal switch. It is widely used for cartons, foam boxes and small-size cargo wrapping in warehouse, logistics and packaging workshop
Main Features
Dual Film-Rack Structure
Equipped with two film mounting shafts, you can install two different specification stretch films simultaneously, switch according to wrapping requirement without frequent roll replacement.
Frequency Speed Governor
Standard frequency converter, stable low-speed torque, soft start, precise rotating speed adjustment. Better performance than ordinary voltage speed controller.
Manual Pressure Turntable
Comes with hand-press auxiliary turntable. Practical for light cargo fixing, higher efficiency compare with pneumatic press-top for small box wrapping.
Foot Pedal Switch Control
Step-on to rotate, release to stop. Free your hands during film winding operation, convenient for single-person operation.
Anti-Slip Rubber Turntable Surface
Carbon steel heavy-duty turntable with rubber non-slip surface, durable and non-deformable, support maximum 100kg cargo weight.
Mobile Caster & Anti-Rust Cabinet
Four moving casters for flexible site transfer. Polyester spray painting shell, resist water splash and prevent rusting for long-term workshop use.
